    Jesse is a Solicitor in the business law team with a practice area involving business, property, succession planning and agribusiness. 

    Jesse has experience in:

    • rural, commercial and residential property transactions;
    • leases and agistment arrangements;
    • business transactions and commercial contracts; and
    • estate and succession planning.

    Jesse commenced his undergraduate degree at Bond University and completed his tertiary studies at the University of New England and the College of Law in Sydney in 2020. After graduating, he worked in a leading agribusiness and property law team at a well-known law firm in Queensland.

    Jesse has a background in cattle grazing on his family’s rural properties in the New England. From this, he has a particular interest in rural property transactions, agricultural business transactions and succession planning.

Mark was admitted as a solicitor in 1998, and joined Everingham Solomons in 2000.

Mark is a proprietor and director of Everingham Solomons and specialises in personal injury litigation doing predominately workers compensation litigation and motor vehicle accidents.  Mark is also an accredited specialist in personal injury.

He originates from Wagga Wagga and is married with four children.

George is a proprietor and director of Everingham Solomons and is a member of the Dispute Resolution Team, focusing in the areas of commercial litigation and common law.

 

George often travels the North West Region meeting with clients to assist them with their legal needs.

Originally from Gunnedah, George is married with three young children and is happy to return to live and practice in the region he grew up in.

Clint is a Director in the business law team and has a broad practice in business, property and commercial litigation matters.

Clint holds the internationally recognised qualification of Chartered Tax Advisor. He has been awarded a Masters of Law from the University of Sydney and a Masters of Commercial Litigation from the College of Law. He also has undergraduate degrees in Law and Economics.

Areas of specific expertise include business and estate structuring for tax minimisation and asset protection, commercial contracts, complex property and business transactions, real and personal property securities and litigation over a broad range of commercial disputes.

He was born and raised in Coffs Harbour and is married with three children.

Lesley is a Special Counsel of Everingham Solomons, having joined the firm in 2004.

Lesley is an Accredited Specialist (Wills and Estates), assisting clients with wills, powers of attorney, and probate and estate matters. She also assists clients with conveyancing and leasing advice.

In 2011 Lesley successfully completed her Master of Laws through the University of Sydney.

In 2015 Lesley completed her Master of Laws (Applied Law) majoring in Wills and Estates through the College of Law.

Lesley regularly travels to our Quirindi office and is available for appointments in Quirindi on Thursday and Friday.

Sarah grew up in Port Macquarie where she completed  her tertiary studies at the University of New England and College of Law in 2016.

Sarah was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW as a Solicitor in 2016 and commenced working with Everingham Solomons in 2019. 

Sarah brings to her role at Everingham Solomons prior experience working in a multijurisdictional conveyancing firm and also gained experience as a general practioner in a central NSW town.

Sarah is continuing to develop and grow her Property Law, Small Business, Contracts and Estate Planning expertise.

Dan was born in Inverell and grew up in Warialda before moving to Tamworth. He has recently joined Everingham Solomons working in the litigation team as well as family law.

Dan has worked in the finance and education sectors, as well as in other law firms but his connection to Everingham Solomons is strong, having been the recipient of the inaugural Sir Adrian Solomons Memorial Law Bursary in 1988.

Dan loves spending time with his two children and his interests include equestrian pursuits, particularly Australian Stock Horses and polocrosse.
