Marketing Co-ordinator

Everingham Solomons has a long history of providing quality legal services to the northwest of New South Wales. We are seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategic marketing plans and to co-ordinate marketing programs and activities.

The duties of the position include;

  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Investigating and recommending new business opportunities.
  • Interact with lawyers to implement marketing strategies for their practice and track their accomplishments.
  • Managing all marketing events for the firm.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.

This position is a part time position, working in our Tamworth office 2 days per week being Thursday and Friday.

Legal Admin / Secretary

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised legal secretary. Experience in conveyancing, litigation and business law area’s are preferable.

Your duties will include:

  • Typing correspondence, preparing court documents & other legal documents
  • Transcription from dictation
  • Conducting property searches
  • Liaising with clients and third parties
  • Opening and closing files
  • Diary and email management
  • Billing
  • Coordinating the lodgement of documents
  • Creating and editing documents
  • Compiling briefs
  • General administrative duties such as faxing, photocopying, scanning & printing

High attention to detail in all aspects of your work is required as is advanced spelling, grammar and editing skills. A sound knowledge of MS Word & Outlook is essential as is a fast and accurate typing speed. You must be well presented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The position is a full-time position.

Family Law Solicitor
