John Boag
Consultant

  • Diploma of Law (Legal Practitioners Admission Board)

John was admitted as a solicitor in 1972 and was a proprietor of Everingham Solomons from 1978. He was a director since 2005 and a consultant from 2012.

John has extensive knowledge of property law, wills and estates, estate planning, probates and small business law.

He has a background in agriculture and is a member of the Rural Issues and Elder Law and Succession committees of the NSW Law Society, and of the NSW Farmers Association.

John is one of the world’s leading rotarians who has taken time away from Legal practice to serve on the Board of Rotary International.

 

Ted heazlett
Consultant

  • Diploma of Law (Legal Practitioners Admission Board)

Ted has been practising law since 1957. He was a partner at Creagh O’Brien, which merged with Everingham Solomons in 1989. He became a consultant to Everingham Solomons in 1996.

Ted’s depth of experience makes him a valuable asset to the Everingham Solomons team.

Ted has retired from day-to-day practice but still regularly consults to the firm. He is married with three adult children.

 

Andrew Kay
Consultant

  • Diploma of Law (Legal Practitioners Admission Board)

Andrew has been practising law since 1972. He was the principal of Thomas & Hague, which merged with Everingham Solomons in 2006.

Andrew has retired from day-to-day practice but still regularly consults to the firm.
